About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide operational support for governance, risk management, and compliance control processes
- Deliver strategic risk advisory services and oversight for technology-related operations
- Provide expert guidance across assigned business functions
- Cultivate and sustain stakeholder partnerships for cross-functional collaboration across the enterprise
- Identify, monitor, and manage risk events and issues
- Partner with business units to execute remediation strategies
- Maintain operational oversight to verify assigned controls function as intended
- Ensure alignment with corporate policies and standards
- Deliver specialized risk consulting
- Evaluate control designs, execute effective challenges, and drive continuous control optimization
- Collaborate with technology partners to improve operational efficiency and advance process automation
- Oversee accuracy and completeness of regulatory data workflows and rigorous quality assurance for CRA Strategy & Program Management DATA
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or military experience
- At least 1 year of Technical Risk Management or Audit experience
- Proficient in Google Products and Microsoft Excel
- Strong problem-solving, oral, and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively
- Very strong attention to detail, data focus, and quality control ability
- Ability to work independently and influence others in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to identify and assess potential risks in processes
- Experience assisting in updating team policies and standards
- Fluency with SQL, databases, spreadsheets, and presentations, including pivot tables, basic formulas, and charts
- Programming and data visualization skills preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in governance, risk management, or compliance roles preferred
- At least 2 years of project management experience leading cross-functional projects and programs in Risk preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) field preferred
- At least 1 year of experience with CRA Wiz or other CRA analytical products preferred
