About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Improve the consistency, scalability, and adoption of payment experiences across platforms
- Evaluate current processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions supporting business goals and customer needs
- Work across product areas including Authorizations, Settlement, Disputes, Backoffice, Pricing, and Go-to-Market
- Use data, technology, and collaboration to deliver reliable, efficient, and user-friendly payment products
- Reimagine and innovate product solutions around internal and external customer needs
- Deliver outcomes through leverage and execution excellence
- Lead cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment
- Identify and resolve complex problems while mitigating product risks
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field, Business or Marketing, with the required degree obtained on or before the scheduled start date
- Alternatively, Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience
- Quantitative field may include Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products
- Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position
