Key responsibilities & impact

Lead moderate to large complex projects and programs
Provide strategic direction to teams, peers, and direct reports
Design, develop, and adapt project plans as requirements and goals shift
Ensure comprehensive project documentation and governance
Proactively manage risks and ensure on-time delivery
Apply problem-solving and analytical skills to align execution with business intent
Act as a strategic and tactical thought partner to project customers and cross-functional teams
Build relationships and communicate with stakeholders at all company levels
Implement frameworks and organization across complex workstreams
Coach, mentor, develop, and grow a team of associates

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 6 years of Project Management experience
At least 2 years of Jira experience
No employer-sponsored immigration or work authorization support for new applicants
Preferred: Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA)
Preferred: 7+ years of Project Management experience
Preferred: 1+ year of people management experience
Preferred: PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification
