About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Govern and oversee risks and controls related to compiling, reviewing, and operationally executing contractual partner settlements
Collaborate with risk, compliance, and other business functions to achieve objectives and deliver priorities efficiently
Review and approve contractual partner daily settlements and monthly partner compensation
Facilitate monthly presentations of contractual compensation settlements with Portfolio Management, Financial Planning and Analysis, and Accounting teams
Engage in due diligence for new and existing partner contacts, providing timely review and feedback
Drive results and improvements aligned with business well-managed and risk agendas
Identify broader needs and lead problem solving through risk forums to influence change and continuously improve risk management practices
Partner cross-functionally to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership for project and program initiatives, including automation supporting compilation and settlement processes
Lead data and analytics initiatives for reporting, including Monthly Business Reviews with insights and trend analysis

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
At least 4 years of Compliance, Legal, Audit, or Risk Management experience
At least 3 years of Project or Process Management experience
At least 3 years of experience supporting, partnering and interacting with internal business clients
At least 2 years reporting and analyzing data

Preferred: 5+ years of Project Management experience leading cross-functional projects and programs in Risk
Preferred: 5+ years of Compliance, Legal, Audit, or Risk Management experience
Preferred: 3+ years of experience in reporting and analyzing data
Preferred: Professional certifications within risk management or assurance, such as Certified Risk Management Professional or Certified Internal Auditor
Preferred: PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification
Preferred: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple deliverables
