About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as project manager and primary point of contact for new client and new product setups
  • Define and manage implementation activities
  • Create and manage implementation project plans
  • Coordinate internal, client, and vendor stakeholders for timely execution
  • Coordinate and execute product testing activities
  • Liaise with Commercial Bank business partners and external vendors
  • Lead client training activities for new products and services
  • Learn and become an expert in Capital One credit, deposit, and treasury management products
  • Resolve client needs proactively and reactively
  • Execute duties according to policies, standards, procedures, turnaround times, and quality levels
  • Escalate constraints and concerns to management
  • Investigate complaints, problems, and issues; identify root causes and sustainable solutions
  • Research clients’ industries, businesses, and banking needs
  • Advocate for client needs with internal stakeholders
  • Develop effective solutions and recover service issues to delight clients
  • Represent Treasury Management Operations with internal partners and clients
  • Develop treasury management solutions using subject matter expertise and research
  • Work on requested projects
  • Own individual development

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, business process management or project management
  • At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs)
  • Secure home office environment free from background noise and distractions
  • Reliable private internet connection not supplied via cellular data or hotspot
  • Password-protected private network with ownership or line of sight to every device
  • Cable or fiber internet service provider
  • Minimum 5 Mbps ISP download speed on VPN; 10+ Mbps preferred
  • No hotspot or satellite internet services
  • Must live within approximately 50 miles of a hub in Richmond, VA; Charlotte, NC; Plano, TX; or Jericho, NY
  • Must be comfortable coming in person whenever required with no less than 24 hours’ notice
  • Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
  • Preferred: 3+ years of customer service, business process or project management experience
  • Preferred: 3+ years of experience with Treasury Management
  • Exceptional verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
  • In-depth technical knowledge of Treasury Management products
  • Client-first work ethic and ability to balance risk with client experience
