About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with cross-functional teams of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and product managers to deliver Generative AI solutions
- Use Python, PyTorch, LangChain, AWS, Spark, and vector databases to build multi-agent systems and advanced RAG pipelines
- Build Generative AI models and pipelines through context engineering, fine-tuning, evaluation, validation, and deployment
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies and state-of-the-art methods
- Translate complex data science work into tangible business goals
- Develop data science solutions using open-source tools and cloud computing platforms
- Operate across large volumes of numeric and textual data to support data-driven decision-making
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field plus 2 years of experience performing data analytics, or a Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
- Required degree obtained by the scheduled start date
- Experience developing data science solutions using open-source tools and cloud computing platforms
- Experience building, validating, and backtesting models
- Knowledge of confusion matrices and ROC curves
- Experience with clustering, classification, sentiment analysis, time series, and deep learning
- Preferred: Master's Degree in STEM or PhD in STEM
- Preferred: At least 2 years of experience in Python, Scala, or R
- Preferred: At least 2 years of experience with machine learning
- Preferred: At least 2 years of experience with SQL
- Preferred: At least 1 year of experience in AI, Information Retrieval, Deep Learning, or NLP
