About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and develop learning content for programs and stand-alone offerings supporting Retail Banking associates in Bank Operations, Bank Voice, and Customer Protection
Support learning needs analysis by identifying context needed for successful transfer of skills to the job
Recommend effective formats and modalities using adult learning principles
Work with subject matter experts to design and develop learning materials and performance support tools for self-study, classroom, e-learning, traditional, web, and mobile modalities
Create facilitator-led training materials, scripts, e-learning courses, simulations, and other learning solutions
Apply new learning technologies and support digital-first learning methods
Partner with Principal Designers, SMEs, Project Managers, Facilitators, and Learning Consultants throughout the end-to-end design process
Conduct ongoing project reviews to ensure outcomes meet client needs and drive key performance indicators
Collaborate with Instructional Designers and Learning Consultants to support the ADDIE process
Manage tasks independently and follow through to completion while collaborating with the broader team
Help measure and report on learning effectiveness

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 2 years of experience designing curriculum or programs using blended learning design and modern learning theories and models
At least 2 years of experience designing and developing learning solutions for digital, virtual, and classroom settings
At least 1 year of experience with Google Workspace
Strong understanding of adult learning theory and evidence-based learning practices
Experience with course authoring tools
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
Preferred: 2+ years of experience with Articulate 360
Preferred: 1+ year of experience working with an agile team of designers and developers
Preferred: 3+ years of experience in training design, development, and delivery
Preferred: 3+ years of experience leveraging design thinking and human-centered design methodologies
Preferred: Demonstrated experience incorporating generative AI into the learning design lifecycle
