About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and own process improvement initiatives across Pulse Operations
Identify opportunities to leverage automation tools and AI capabilities to improve debit network workflows
Collect operational data and provide actionable reporting to senior leadership and executives regarding network performance, disputes, fraud, and settlement
Monitor processes, resolve operational breakdowns, and drive issue resolution and risk mitigation
Design the entire process lifecycle, from identifying bottlenecks and developing technical solutions through execution and production implementation
Develop and maintain formal process documentation, procedures, and process flow diagrams
Direct and guide project teams and cross-functional stakeholders, including Product, Technology, Training, and Monitoring, as a Subject Matter Expert
May lead a team and/or direct others on projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 1 year of experience in Microsoft Office or G Suite
At least 2 years of experience in Business Process Management, Project Management, Relationship Management or Risk Management
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience preferred
Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project Management certification preferred
