About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with tech teams to build comprehensive acceptance criteria and identify needs for additional research
- Break down business epics into features and user stories, driving teams toward minimal viable products
- Use hypothesis-driven assessment of data to ensure products and features meet business needs
- Own and prioritize feature development roadmaps while following risk-management processes and procedures
- Conduct research and develop features using new and evolving technology in an agile environment
- Collaborate with designers, technologists, data scientists, and subject-matter experts to build solutions
- Deliver well-managed product platforms by understanding technology trends and architecture strategy
- Participate in horizontal forums and build relationships across tech teams, designers, stakeholders, and partner teams
- Articulate product roadmaps and share them with stakeholders
- Partner with cross-functional teams across lines of business to capture needs, align priorities, and track progress
- Monitor feature-level health and risk metrics and write detailed functional requirements
- Apply product management principles to daily workflows, documentation, and project delivery
- Support design and delivery of AI-powered onboarding tools to streamline customer journeys and reduce user friction
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or military experience
- At least 1 year of product management experience, or at least 1 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering (preferred)
- 1+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer facing digital products (preferred)
- 1+ years of experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences (preferred)
- 1+ years working with cross functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process (preferred)
