About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead product strategy, technical execution, and operational alignment to decommission legacy tools and transition agents to modern systems
Define the vision and strategic roadmap for the Recoveries agent-facing application
Establish modern standard practices for agent software
Design and deliver intuitive agent experiences that optimize workflows, reduce task friction, and increase agent efficiency
Partner with Design, Operations, Tech, Compliance, and Business Analysts to deliver next-generation agent platform capabilities
Collaborate with platform modernization initiatives and Collections agent experience teams
Integrate real-time intelligence and personalization into agent-facing tools
Ensure delivered experiences meet compliance and regulatory requirements and fulfill promises to customers and agents
Build acceptance criteria and identify needs for additional research
Break down business epics into features and user stories, driving teams toward MVPs
Use hypothesis-driven data assessment to validate product and feature needs
Own and prioritize feature development roadmaps while managing risk
Conduct research and develop features using evolving technology in an agile environment
Collaborate with designers, technologists, data scientists, and subject-matter experts
Participate in horizontal forums and articulate product roadmaps to stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or military experience
At least 1 year of product management experience OR at least 1 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering
Solid product management experience working within full stack software and web environments
Experience navigating legacy system retirements, platform migrations, or workflow modernization efforts
Exceptional judgment and stakeholder management skills
Experience partnering with cross-functional functions and teams
1+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer-facing digital products
1+ years of experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences
1+ years working with cross-functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering preferred
