About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and implement solutions to improve decisioning and customer segmentation across Recoveries business strategies
  • Develop key enhancements supporting partner conversion initiatives
  • Work on critical initiatives involving Discover
  • Direct technology team priorities and partner across business, product, technology, and operations stakeholders
  • Build acceptance criteria and identify additional research needs for future feature design
  • Break down business epics into features and user stories, driving teams toward MVP solutions
  • Use hypothesis-driven data assessment to validate product and feature business needs
  • Own and prioritize feature development roadmaps while managing risk processes
  • Conduct research and develop features using new and evolving technology in an agile environment
  • Collaborate with designers, technologists, data scientists, and subject-matter experts
  • Deliver product platforms and align them with technology trends and architecture strategy
  • Articulate product roadmaps, share them with stakeholders, and deliver business value

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or military experience
  • At least 1 year of product management experience OR at least 1 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering
  • No new employment authorization sponsorship available
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering
  • Preferred: 1+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer-facing digital products
  • Preferred: 1+ years of experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences
  • Preferred: 1+ years working with cross-functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process
