Key responsibilities & impact

Lead mission-critical platforms powering billions of customer interactions
Partner with Tech and Data Engineering to decommission legacy systems, refine next-generation data products, and build foundational data capabilities
Define MVPs, prioritize post-migration backlogs, and build business cases for roadmap priorities
Bridge Business Analysts, Tech, Operations, Risk, and Design teams to deliver customer outcomes
Design and implement preventative controls in platform architecture
Lead strategy and delivery for product initiatives across recoveries, payments, offers, AI servicing, credit bureau disputes, and fraud and disputes back office
Build acceptance criteria, break business epics into features and user stories, and drive MVP delivery
Use hypothesis-driven data analysis to validate business needs
Own and prioritize feature development roadmaps while managing risk
Research and develop features using new and evolving technology in an agile environment
Collaborate with designers, technologists, data scientists, and subject-matter experts
Participate in horizontal forums, build stakeholder relationships, and communicate product roadmaps

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or military experience
At least 1 year of product management experience OR at least 1 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering
Preferred: 1+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer facing digital products
Preferred: 1+ years of experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences
Preferred: 1+ years working with cross functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process
