About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and develop Account Opening products for millions of customers
Work with product managers, designers, engineers, data scientists, analysts, customers, and associates
Develop next-generation user interfaces and digital tools for comparing or bundling financial products
Address AI-related problems in finance management and protect customers from fraud or other threats
Define data strategy and deliver data platforms enabling real-time, intelligent decisions
Conduct research and develop technology-enabled features in an agile environment
Create acceptance criteria and identify additional research needs
Break down business epics into features and user stories, driving teams toward MVP solutions
Use hypothesis-driven analysis to validate business needs
Own and prioritize feature development roadmaps while managing risk
Collaborate with designers, technologists, data scientists, and subject-matter experts
Articulate product roadmaps, deliver business value, and communicate with stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 2 years of experience working in Product Management
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
Candidates must be able to work at the designated office location under Capital One’s hybrid policy
