About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Increase adoption, scale, and standardize payment experiences
- Collaborate with organizational partners to reimagine payment experiences and drive business outcomes
- Set and deliver an omni-channel servicing experience framework across digital and digital-human interactions
- Work with customers, associates, designers, technologists, and data scientists to build solutions
- Ask bold questions, test ideas, and iterate toward improved products
- Share product stories and demonstrate how software can improve experiences
- Build tools, integrate off-the-shelf products, and foster a self-supporting community
- Build acceptance criteria and identify additional research needs
- Break down business epics into features and user stories, driving toward MVPs
- Use hypothesis-driven data assessment to validate product and feature value
- Own and prioritize feature development roadmaps and manage risk-related processes
- Conduct research and develop features using new and evolving technology in an agile environment
- Collaborate with designers, technologists, data scientists, and subject-matter experts
- Understand technology trends and architecture strategy
- Build trusted relationships across technology, design, stakeholder, and partner teams
- Articulate product roadmaps, deliver business value, and act as a product matter expert
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
- At least 2 years of experience working in Product Management
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into customer-facing digital products
- At least 3 years of experience with web and client-side mobile platforms
- At least 2 years of experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver consumer experiences
- At least 2 years of experience working on core product platforms that power digital experiences
