Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure customer satisfaction with technical products and services by negotiating mutually beneficial agreements across customers, stakeholders, and technical teams
Understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
Conduct analysis, gain support, and drive solutions through influence and negotiation
Communicate across and up through the partner’s and Capital One leadership teams
Analyze complex, interconnected business processes and systems to manage risks and ensure controls are effective
Assist with Intent grooming and define acceptance criteria and conditions of satisfaction for agile delivery teams
Focus on the quality, resilience, and performance of technologies and services used by the partner
Work closely with software engineering teams to find creative solutions and remove delivery impediments
Provide technical oversight, integration, and technical operations support for corporate customers
Represent corporate partners with internal and third-party technical teams and drive continuous process improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 3 years of Project Management or Process Management experience
At least 1 year of Communications or Relationship Management experience
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience (preferred)
4+ years of Project Management or Process Management experience (preferred)
2+ years of experience with systems integration (preferred)
2+ years of Data Analytics experience (preferred)
2+ years of experience with SQL or business intelligence tools (preferred)
2+ years of experience with AWS (preferred)
PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification (preferred)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Strong problem solving and influencing skills
