Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with CDX leaders to answer strategic questions using a consulting-style model
Lead workstreams on priority strategic initiatives, including AI transformation
Support the intelligence unit with analytics, landscape assessments, and thematic deep dives
Set the vision for long-term product innovation
Partner with engineering to deliver product prototypes
Establish trusted relationships with internal and external customers and key stakeholders
Contribute to CDX strategic capabilities, including developing trainings
Invent and spread AI solutions that improve work efficiency, quality, and fun

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 2 years of professional experience performing analysis
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in a quantitative field, or an MBA with a quantitative concentration, with the required degree obtained by the scheduled start date
Preferred: Master’s Degree in Business or quantitative field
Preferred: 1+ years of experience in Statistical model building
Preferred: 1+ years of experience in market research
Preferred: 1+ years of experience in SQL querying
Preferred: 2+ years of experience in business analysis
Preferred: 1+ years of experience in consulting
Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical, strategic problem-solving, customer/product orientation, innovation mindset, relationship-building, judgment, and intellectual curiosity
Must meet applicable employment authorization requirements; Capital One will consider sponsoring a new qualified applicant
