About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the annual CDX strategy
- Partner with CDX leaders to answer complex strategic questions using a consulting-style model
- Lead priority strategic initiatives for CDX, including AI transformation
- Support the organization’s intelligence unit through analytics, landscape assessments, and thematic deep dives
- Set the vision for long-term product innovation
- Partner with engineering to deliver product prototypes
- Establish trusted relationships with key stakeholders across the company
- Contribute to CDX strategic capabilities by developing and delivering trainings
- Drive AI adoption by inventing and spreading solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and engagement
- Work across consumer, developer, and enterprise platforms that support digital engagement, developer tools, AI-driven software development, risk, and supplier capabilities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 3 years of experience performing quantitative analysis
- At least 3 years of experience performing qualitative analysis
- At least 1 year of experience performing people management
- At least 1 year of experience performing project management
- Exceptional strategy and strategic problem-solving skills
- Strong product orientation and customer-focused product delivery experience
- Innovation mindset and ability to set a long-term vision
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Ability to establish credibility with senior leaders and multidisciplinary colleagues
- Intellectual curiosity about emerging technologies, organizational models, and ways of thinking
- Demonstrated judgment and experience making rapid, complex decisions
- Highly effective written and verbal communication skills

- Preferred: Master’s Degree in Business or a quantitative field
- Preferred: 5+ years of quantitative and qualitative analysis experience
