Leverage analytic and technical skills to innovate, build, and maintain well-managed data solutions and capabilities
Mine complex, voluminous, and varied data sources and platforms using open-source and digital technologies
Build data solutions, tools, and capabilities that enable self-service frameworks for data consumers
Explore and quickly adopt new technologies to progress varied initiatives
Partner with the business to translate business needs into tools, techniques, metrics, dashboards, insights, and data visualizations
Drive analysis that provides meaningful insights on business strategies
Promote adherence to data quality management principles, including metadata, lineage, and business definitions
Collaborate with Technology teams to manage security mechanisms and data access governance
Build and execute tools to monitor and report on data quality

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree specialized in a Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics discipline
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field plus at least 2 years of experience performing data analytics, or a Master’s Degree with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date
At least 1 year of experience working with at least one scripting language
At least 1 year of experience utilizing a business intelligence visualization tool
At least 1 year of experience querying, analyzing, and working with data languages and platforms
Scripting experience in Python, R, Spark, and SQL
Experience with data warehouses/SQL and unstructured data
Experience utilizing and developing within Snowflake services
Preferred: Master’s Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics discipline
Preferred: At least 2 years of experience coding in Python, R, Spark, or SQL
Preferred: At least 2 years of experience with Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or other process management and improvement methodologies
Preferred: At least 1 year of experience utilizing and developing within AWS services
Preferred: At least 1 year of experience with data governance, data quality management concepts, and data quality tools (e.g. Informatica DQ)
