About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the eData Product Analytics and Enablement pillar, including Product Analytics and Product Enablement
- Build the long-term strategy for Product Enablement and implement operational improvements
- Drive an embedded operating model with team members integrated into product domain workflows
- Scale an AI-enabled analytics operating model that automates routine reporting and increases high-value insight generation and decision support
- Establish self-service product analytics infrastructure with standardized production-ready metrics and AI-ready semantic standards
- Oversee project management, stakeholder engagement, demand and delivery coordination for product domains
- Evolve product enablement activities and strategy over time
- Foster analytics excellence, continuous learning, and talent development across data analysis and program management teams
- Oversee approximately 30 data analysts and operational/program managers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
- At least 10 years of project management experience
- At least 5 years of people management experience
- Expertise in product analytics and product operations
- Exceptional influencing and cross-functional leadership skills across product, technology, and risk domains
- Proven experience driving AI fluency and integrating AI tools/agents into analytical and operational workflows
- Experience coaching and developing teams
- Precise and credible communication at all levels
- Must not require employer immigration sponsorship or immigration-related support for employment authorization
- Preferred: Masters / MBA degree
- Preferred: 12+ years of project management experience
- Preferred: 6+ years of people management experience
- Preferred: PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
- Preferred: Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- Preferred: Excellent problem solving and influencing skills
