About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define the product vision, roadmap, and governance model for the enterprise-wide customer contactability platform
  • Deliver scalable, self-service contactability capabilities across all lines of business

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • At least 7 years of Product Management experience
  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred)
