Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the enterprise system of record for over 100 million customers, including consumers, businesses, and devices
  • Enable access to customer experiences and provide customer and business intelligence
  • Protect critical customer account information with high security
  • Build platforms connecting human, business, and device data in real time across the customer journey
  • Develop improved marketing experiences, intelligent underwriting insights, and smooth mobile experiences

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • At least 7 years of Product Management experience
  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred)
