About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define the multi-year vision and long-term strategy for the destination fraud decisioning platform
  • Evaluate, architect, and execute convergence of fraud platforms with Decisioning 2.0
  • Champion LLM and agentic AI capabilities for an automated fraud defense engine
  • Drive clarity across anomaly detection, fraud and claims trend inferencing, investigations, policy creation, optimization, testing, and lifecycle management
  • Contribute to strategic planning and influence budget allocation
  • Drive critical work toward a proof of concept
  • Mentor manager-level product managers and scale the organization
  • Develop managerial talent and foster a high-performing culture
  • Oversee and align with 10+ technical and sprint teams
  • Lead architectural vision and strategy across multiple systems and processes
  • Execute a phased approach to transition from manual defense updates to real-time automated adaptations
  • Drive alignment across internal stakeholders
  • Expand defense engine capabilities to other lines of business
  • Partner with VP+ stakeholders across 4–5 organizations or lines of business and manage external vendor relationships
  • Ensure platform capabilities support regulatory requirements, risk management, and auditability

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • At least 7 years of Product Management experience
  • Experience translating complex business strategy and technical challenges into a clear, data-driven product roadmap
  • 3+ years of experience building and leading teams of product managers
  • 3+ years of experience in innovative technology environments
  • 3+ years of experience building business-critical AI and Machine Learning products
  • 1+ year of Fraud and Cyber Security experience
  • Strong communication skills with a track record of engaging and influencing senior executives
  • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and risk management
