About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the data access product team
Define the vision and roadmap for centralized data access decisioning tools
Lead the evolution of access-control evaluation and enforcement across enterprise data platforms
Solve access management for human users, autonomous/semi-autonomous AI agents, and programmatic application identities
Partner with Enterprise Data product teams to define the destination for data access
Work with second-line teams on data governance, enterprise security, and data policy enhancements
Create a unified access decisioning engine supporting least-privilege access, automated compliance, and real-time access evaluation
Lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational alignment
Reimagine and innovate product solutions around customer needs
Deliver business outcomes through execution excellence and technology-driven solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in any field
At least 7 years of Product Management experience
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred)
Must not require new employment authorization sponsorship from Capital One
