About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead programs delivering critical business goals and large-scale products and platforms
  • Drive the end-to-end strategic roadmap for enterprise platforms, ensuring modernization, scalability, and alignment with business growth priorities
  • Own executive communications on delivery status, program risk, and long-term architectural decisions
  • Establish and scale TPM best practices, governance frameworks, and OKR-based performance models across multiple domains
  • Influence investment prioritization for long-term agility, resilience, and cost efficiency
  • Mentor and develop TPM leaders while fostering technical excellence and delivery accountability
  • Help expand the TPM discipline by teaching the organization what effective technical program management can achieve
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and sister organizations on product and platform strategy and implementation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field
  • At least 9 years of experience managing technical programs
  • 9+ years of experience designing and building solutions using distributed computing or service-oriented architecture (SOA) (preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience building distributed systems and highly available services using cloud computing services/architecture, preferably AWS (preferred)
  • 5+ years building and leading experienced TPM teams or impacting multiple organizations as an individual contributor (preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience building highly scalable products and platforms (preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience with Agile delivery (preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience delivering large and complex programs (preferred)
  • Experience building systems and solutions within a highly regulated environment (preferred)
  • MBA or Master's Degree in a related technical field (preferred)
  • At least 10 years of experience designing and building data-intensive solutions using distributed computing (preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience leading software engineering teams (preferred)
  • Experience partnering with technology peers responsible for data architecture and distributed computing infrastructure/platforms (preferred)
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to a variety of audiences (preferred)
  • Industry impact through conference presentations, papers, blog posts, open-source contributions, or patents (preferred)
  • Ability to attract and develop high-performing software engineers with an inspiring leadership style (preferred)
  • Experience establishing TPM operating models or scaling TPM disciplines across multiple product lines (preferred)
