About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and implement processes for independent analysis and effective risk-mitigation plans related to GEA risk management practices
  • Identify, frame, and present risk topics for senior management discussion in enterprise risk forums
  • Advise and consult on new policies, standards, and procedures
  • Monitor emerging risks and their potential implications for accountable domains

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in Risk Management, Process Management, or Project Management
  • At least 5 years of experience supporting, partnering, and interacting with internal and external business clients
  • At least 5 years of experience consulting with senior executives and strategy building
  • At least 2 years of experience developing presentations for senior-level audiences
  • Preferred: 6+ years of experience supporting, partnering, and interacting with internal stakeholders
  • Preferred: 6+ years of experience in Process Management, Project Management, Risk Management, or Audit
  • Preferred: 7+ years of Financial Services industry experience
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results and communicate throughout all levels of the organization
  • Preferred risk certifications: CRISC, CISM, CRCM, CIPP, or ABA Risk Management Certification
