About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead, mentor, and coach a high-performing team of data stewards
Manage approximately 150 critically consumed data assets throughout the Customer Information data lifecycle as primary data steward
Oversee data asset registration through remediation and ensure adherence to enterprise data management standards
Serve as subject matter expert on enterprise data management policies and regulatory compliance
Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to deliver and enhance authoritative, standardized data sources
Drive process improvements and operational efficiency through technology, new capabilities, and cross-functional collaboration
Create, validate, and modify processes
Design and produce metrics measuring efficiency and effectiveness
Monitor data trends and establish benchmarks or thresholds to ensure data integrity
Analyze, identify, and correct data issues in departmental systems
Provide process expertise in projects and meetings
Educate stakeholders and gain buy-in for appropriate process execution
Manage and lead a team of associates and approximately 3 data stewards responsible for about 1,000 consumed assets

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Management, Human Resources or Economics
At least 2 years of experience in Process management
At least 2 years of experience in Project management
At least 2 years of experience in People management
At least 2 years of experience in Relationship management
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to adapt to a dynamic agile environment
Strong leadership skills and ability to drive and motivate a team
Ability to communicate effectively and influence partners across the company and multiple organizational levels

Preferred: Master’s Degree in relevant disciplines; Process Management certifications such as LEAN, Six Sigma, CRCM, or CIPP; 5+ years of experience in process, project, people, complex problem-solving, or relationship management
