About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and advance the Well Managed agenda by setting strategic direction and designing a roadmap of targeted initiatives
  • Lead and develop a team of high-performing associates managing audits/exams, risk assessments, Process Level Assessments, business continuity, control evaluation, testing and builds, and process management/improvement
  • Partner with risk management, event management, and compliance teams to contain, recover, remediate, document, and prevent breakdowns
  • Support inbound and outbound acquisitions teams focused on search engine and social media marketing
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and senior executives to influence decisions and alignment
  • Craft and deliver presentations to senior leaders
  • Design and implement strategic programs and initiatives strengthening process foundations, including L2 Process support and creation
  • Collaborate with business leaders, Risk Managers, Audit, Legal, Compliance, and intent partners
  • Gather insights from routines, data sources, and partners to inform strategic priorities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
  • At least 5 years of Project Management or Process Management Experience
  • At least 3 years of People Management Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience (preferred)
  • Six Sigma, Lean, Internal COF BPM, or PMP Certification(s) (preferred)
  • 6+ years of Project Management or Process Management Experience (preferred)
  • 4+ years of People Management Experience (preferred)
  • 4+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, or audit (preferred)
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams within a matrixed organization (preferred)
  • Experience supporting, partnering, and interacting with internal business clients (preferred)
  • Experience utilizing AI tools such as Gemini, Claude, or ChatGPT to create process efficiencies (preferred)
