About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the strategic vision for the accounting and reporting domain within the Finance organization
- Champion a portfolio of tools and build intuitive, scalable products
- Shape product roadmaps and guide complex processes
- Keep operations running efficiently
- Lead finance transformation initiatives and drive the product agenda for financial products
- Apply product-led thinking in Finance and streamline operations
- Implement innovative solutions to improve time to market and enable new businesses for the Card Line of Business
- Collaborate with Finance, Engineering, Data, and other cross-functional teams
- Drive impactful product improvements and strategic initiatives
- Champion a strong product culture and organizational alignment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field, Business or Marketing, with the required degree obtained on or before the scheduled start date
- Alternatively, Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
- Must not require new employment authorization sponsorship from Capital One
