About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead strategy, development, and execution of high-impact product initiatives
- Define long-term product roadmaps
- Collaborate cross-functionally across customer empathy, business strategy, technological innovation, and transformational leadership
- Mentor a high-performing team
- Deliver scalable, customer-centric solutions that accelerate business value
- Lead migration of US Card Recoveries onto next-generation data infrastructure
- Build and scale AI-enabled servicing tools for agents and digital channels
- Drive delivery for Card Credit Bureau Disputes
- Scale automated validation across customer interactions using conversational AI
- Own the fraud model data strategy product
- Own the Workforce Management product suite, including forecasting, capacity planning, schedule generation, and real-time operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field, Business, or Marketing, with the required degree obtained by the scheduled start date
- Alternatively, Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products preferred
