About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive day-to-day execution of migrating to a modernized core platform
  • Work across Channels, Shared Services, Servicing Strategy, the program team, and lines of business
  • Bridge the gap between the Core program vision and technical reality for 5 platforms and 3 tenants
  • Manage the product backlog and scope specific workstreams to meet critical Day 1 and Day 2 milestones
  • Partner with Tech Leads and Product Owners to resolve data gaps, finalize solutioning, and ensure operational readiness for agents and customers
  • Lead cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field, Business or Marketing, with the required degree obtained on or before the scheduled start date
  • Alternatively, Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience
  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
  • No new employment authorization sponsorship from Capital One
