Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead moderate to large complex projects and programs by providing strategic direction to teams, peers, and direct reports
  • Design, develop, and adapt project plans in a fast-paced environment, revising requirements as needed to meet shifting goals
  • Ensure comprehensive project documentation and governance to proactively manage risks and guarantee on-time delivery
  • Leverage problem-solving and analytical skills to align project execution with business intent
  • Serve as a strategic and tactical thought partner to project customers and cross-functional teams
  • Build relationships and communicate to inform, align, and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Implement clear frameworks and organization to manage work within complex workstreams
  • Mentor, develop, and grow a team of associates
  • Partner with key leaders across the enterprise to deliver strategic, high-priority projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
  • At least 8 years of Project Management experience
  • At least 2 years of people management experience
  • Preferred: Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA)
  • Preferred: 9+ years of Project Management experience
  • Preferred: 3+ years of people management experience
  • Preferred: PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification
