About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the operating model, data prioritization with partner teams, and learning facilitation strategy
- Lead a team of individual contributors across project management, platform governance, analytics, and facilitation
- Set the vision and operational standards for enterprise learning facilitation
- Direct and support approximately five full-time facilitators delivering Capital One Leads and S&G's Universal Curriculum
- Design, recruit, and manage an adjunct facilitator talent pool
- Facilitate high-impact learning content when additional coverage or senior leadership presence is needed
- Own and govern L&D intake, prioritization, and capacity modeling frameworks
- Lead strategy and platform selection for next-generation operational tools
- Streamline cross-functional workflows and complex team handoffs
- Identify and manage workflow friction, capacity constraints, and operational risks
- Manage intake, scoping, and prioritization for L&D data requests
- Guide teams through operational changes and build cross-functional relationships
- Own operational and analytics reporting and provide Monthly Business Review updates
- Establish consistent standards, shared metrics, and operational guidelines across Consultation, Facilitation, and Design Centers of Excellence
- Identify opportunities to automate routine L&D workflow and intake tasks using automation and AI
- Mentor and support direct-report individual contributors and their professional growth
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Information Technology, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field, or military experience
- At least 5 years of experience in project management, program management, or a combination of project planning, executing, tracking, and reporting
- At least 3 years of experience in people management
- Experience facilitating training or other learning experiences
- 6+ years of experience in a Learning and Development, Human Resources, or Chief of Staff function
- Certification in a recognized team or personality assessment such as CliftonStrengths, MBTI, or Hogan
