Key responsibilities & impact

Lead high-priority special projects providing strategic support to the Head of Network Risk Operations and senior leadership team
Identify and analyze unstructured business challenges
Leverage and translate data into compelling stories to drive action
Create decision-ready recommendations for leadership
Facilitate and manage strategic planning routines and leadership operating rhythms
Partner cross-functionally with leadership and stakeholders as a strategic and tactical thought partner
Build relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments
Set direction, manage expectations, and lead cross-functional teams
Coach and develop associates
Build and optimize processes for efficiency and effectiveness
Operate with discretion when handling highly sensitive issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
At least 6 years of Program or Project Management experience
At least 4 years of experience performing qualitative analysis
At least 4 years of experience collaborating across cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder communications
At least 4 years of experience driving problem resolution and cross-organizational decision-making
Preferred: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Preferred: At least 2 years of project management experience within financial services
Preferred: At least 1 year of experience in management consulting
Preferred: At least 2 years of people management experience
