About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with Ecosystem Risk leadership to track, cascade, and execute the multi-year strategic roadmap and key objectives/OKRs
Support leaders in managing and navigating operational issues across business priorities and objectives
Facilitate leadership forums, Steering Committees, Monthly Business Reviews (MBR), and other organizational reviews
Prepare agendas and materials supporting effective decision-making and alignment
Manage the strategic intake process for new initiatives and track progress against committed deliverables and objectives
Support maturation of the first-line risk control environment and adherence to ERM standards and risk taxonomy frameworks
Coordinate internal audits and regulatory exams, including documentation, data integrity, and audit-item resolution
Execute workforce automation and process optimization initiatives through RPA, AI, or other toolsets
Manage QA/QC mechanisms and remediation workflows across the Ecosystem Risk & Integrity team
Draft executive updates, committee presentations, and organizational messaging
Drive associate engagement initiatives and help create a high-performing People First team environment
Build collaborative connections across GPN business partners, scheme leaders, and second-line risk partners
Track and deliver Ecosystem Security, Integrity, and Payment Success programs
Produce reporting artifacts and ensure program attributes flow across reporting lines

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree or military experience
At least 6 years of experience in project management, process management, or risk management
At least 4 years of experience in operations management or financial services
At least 2 years of experience in people management or leading cross-functional teams
At least 2 years of experience within financial services or a regulated environment
Preferred: at least 7 years of project management experience leading cross-functional projects and programs in risk management
Preferred: at least 7 years of financial services risk management experience
PMP Certification or Master's Certificate of Project Management (CPM) preferred
Experience setting operational direction, managing project expectations, and leading cross-functional teams
