Key responsibilities & impact

Develop well-designed products, processes, marketing, and supporting technologies with business teams and stakeholders
Implement risk management practices and support risk/return trade-off decisions
Lead risk framework discussions and drive solutions to improve the risk profile
Participate in risk forums and business reporting routines
Lead ad-hoc projects to improve processes or the control environment and mitigate risks
Synthesize data, perform analysis, and provide proactive business insights
Deliver results and improvements aligned with business risk agendas
Monitor the changing regulatory environment and assess impacts on supported business areas
Collaborate across risk, compliance, legal, privacy, operations, risk management, and enterprise management functions
Support and interact with internal business clients
Build stakeholder relationships and drive cross-functional opportunities
Set direction, manage expectations, and lead cross-functional teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 5 years of experience working in risk management or financial services
At least 4 years of program management experience
At least 4 years of experience supporting, partnering and interacting with internal business clients
