About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage numerous data-adjacent risks across Global Payment Networks, including Network Conflict Risk, External Data Sharing, SCAN Findings, Privacy, Feature and Script Governance, and Interchange Fee Prohibition Act risks
- Monitor, report, and plan process improvement or redesign initiatives
- Define, establish, and manage process controls
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement them with the Risk office, BRO, management, and other groups
- Collect, analyze, and measure process data for recommendations, sustainable business practices, procedures, and senior leadership reporting
- Review data for process trends and gaps requiring additional review
- Resolve complex problems or transactions using applicable policies, guidelines, and processes
- Escalate process breakdowns and involve appropriate stakeholders to correct them
- Maintain formal process documents, including procedures and diagrams
- Document processes and projects through reports, presentations, business cases, and diagrams
- Represent the department on broader change control forums and cross-functional project teams
- Liaise with training and partner with groups on execution efforts
- Coach and train junior process management levels on processes, performance targets, and goals
- Provide customer service and training to internal customers and deliver presentations, including to executives
- Perform processes or portions of processes as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- At least 1 year of experience in Microsoft Office or G Suite
- At least 2 years of experience in Business Process Management, Project Management, Relationship Management or Risk Management
- Bachelor’s Degree or military experience preferred
- Experience working within established data management and data governance frameworks, including adherence to metadata standards, data quality checks, and data lineage protocols
- Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project Management certification preferred
