About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Launch new features for a critical Anti-Money Laundering platform ensuring regulatory compliance
- Partner with Data and Technology disciplines in a product trio to deliver against a shared mission and vision
- Use AI tools for product discovery, prototyping, and delivery
- Develop the product roadmap
- Play a central role in a multi-year, company-wide Enterprise Risk Management transformation
- Apply human-centered, business-focused, technology-driven, integrated problem-solving, and transformational-leadership product practices
- Lead cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field, Business, or Marketing, with the required degree obtained by the scheduled start date
- Alternatively, Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred)
- Must not require new employment authorization sponsorship from Capital One
