Key responsibilities & impact

Lead cross-functional initiatives to simplify and standardize risk processes
Leverage data analysis and operational insights to identify core problems and formulate effective solutions
Collaborate with 1st Line and 2nd Line stakeholders to align strategies and ensure consistent execution across business lines
Partner with technology, product, and data teams to implement required system and process updates
Design and implement risk metrics to measure framework effectiveness and process health
Lead training across lines of defense to ensure consistent adoption and execution
Establish and manage guidance to ensure consistent execution across business lines
Design and manage reporting that provides real-time visibility into process health for leadership
Provide subject matter expertise on risk processes when representing ERM in projects and meetings
Deliver reporting and executive-level presentations that provide leadership with real-time risk visibility
Collaborate across Operational Risk Management, Enterprise Risk Management, Compliance, Business Risk Offices, Operational Risk Sub-Steward organizations, Information Technology, Basel Program, Internal Audit, and Regulator Relations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelors Degree or military experience
At least 3 years of Financial Services Risk Management Experience
At least 5 years of Project Management experience
At least 7 years of experience supporting, partnering and interacting with internal business clients
Preferred: 7+ years of Project Management experience leading cross functional projects and programs in Risk
Preferred: 7+ years of Financial Services risk management experience
PMP Certification or Masters Certificate of Project Management (CPM) preferred
Ability to set direction, manage expectations and lead cross-functional teams
