Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering)
At least 9 years of experience in software engineering
At least 6 years of experience in cloud engineering
Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering preferred
12+ years of experience in coding with Java, Scala, Python, Go, or Node.js preferred
8+ years of experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI) preferred
5+ years of experience architecting multi-tenant platforms preferred
4+ years of hands-on experience using knowledge graphs and graph query languages preferred
Experience with asset management concepts including inventory discovery, telemetry aggregation, CMDBs, and state tracking across multi-cloud environments
Experience building AI-native platforms or integrating AI capabilities into operational tools
One or more active certifications related to cloud infrastructure management or security preferred
Experience optimizing complex, high-scale distributed systems and cloud-native architectures
Experience designing and supporting cloud networking, security, and identity integrations
Experience influencing technology strategy at the portfolio or business unit level
Experience defining and tracking engineering OKRs
Experience shaping organization design and talent strategy for scaling engineering capabilities
Experience with strategic and executive-level communication
Experience across the full lifecycle of system development
Experience acting as a leader of leaders and driving professional development
Expertise in the strategic application of agentic AI coding tools
Experience with risk management and operational excellence within high-risk/high-severity incident environments
Experience mentoring senior engineers
Experience leading cross-domain architectural reviews or establishing coding and design standards
