Lead adoption and responsible use of emerging AI and automation capabilities to improve cloud platform and engineering workflow scalability, reliability, and efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering)
At least 8 years of experience in software engineering
At least 4 years of experience in cloud engineering
Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a Master’s Degree in Software Engineering preferred
10+ years of experience in coding with Java, Scala, Python, Go, or Node.js preferred
6+ years of experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI) preferred
6+ years of experience in CI/CD orchestration, Infrastructure-as-Code frameworks, and Automated Governance using Policy-as-Code DSLs preferred
One or more active certifications related to cloud infrastructure management or security preferred
Experience with Kubernetes and Serverless preferred
Experience designing and supporting cloud networking, security and identity integrations preferred
Experience troubleshooting and supporting production cloud environments preferred
Experience leading cross-functional engineering efforts or large-scale technical initiatives preferred
Experience influencing technology strategy at the portfolio or business unit level preferred
Experience managing multi-team engineering organizations or leading strategic technical programs spanning multiple domains preferred
Experience defining and tracking engineering OKRs aligned to business outcomes preferred
Experience shaping organization design and talent strategy for scaling engineering capabilities preferred
Experience with strategic and executive-level communication to influence technology decisions preferred
Experience leading architectural design reviews and influencing enterprise-wide technical standards and methodologies preferred
Experience across the full lifecycle of system development preferred
Experience mentoring senior engineers and driving professional development within technical teams preferred
Expertise in the strategic application of agentic AI coding tools preferred
