Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering)
At least 7 years of experience in software engineering and solution architecture, enterprise architecture and design patterns, cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud), and data architecture
Preferred: Master's Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
Preferred: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and solution architecture, enterprise architecture and design patterns, web technologies, distributed HPC and ML systems, cloud computing, and data architecture
Preferred: 10+ years of professional coding experience in Go, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Rust, C#, or Scala
Preferred: 8+ years designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps toolchains
Preferred: 8+ years with containerization and microservices orchestration, such as Kubernetes and Docker, in a cloud-native environment
Preferred: 6+ years designing Intent-Driven Infrastructure or declarative configuration platforms, such as Terraform or Crossplane
Preferred: 3+ years in AI-augmented software development using AI coding assistant tools and Spec Driven Development
Preferred: 10+ years across the full lifecycle of system development
Preferred: 5+ years mentoring senior engineers and driving professional development within technical teams
Preferred: 2+ years leading cross-domain architectural reviews and establishing coding and design standards
Expertise in the strategic application of agentic AI coding tools
