About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Translate business priorities and integrate HR value propositions and strategies to meet business needs
Deliver Workday Finance solutions across General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Expenses, Global Consolidation, Invoices, Payments and Suppliers
Communicate across teams, Product Owners and stakeholders, influencing solutions with business partners
Identify process improvements and collaborate with finance partners to redesign business processes
Design and develop complex Workday integrations using web service technologies, SOAP, REST, WSDL, XML and XSLT
Lead a team of integrators and configurators supporting Workday Finance modules
Align priorities with Product Owners and deliver objectives using Agile methodologies
Design and develop automation workflows, perform unit tests and conduct code reviews
Ensure platform performance, quality and enterprise standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree
At least 6 years of Workday platform experience
At least 4 years of experience with Workday integrations or functional configuration tasks across Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounting Center, Fixed Assets, Expenses, Global Consolidation, Invoices, Payments and Suppliers
At least 2 years of experience in a technical leadership role
No employer-sponsored immigration or employment authorization support for new applicants
Preferred: 7+ years of Workday functional configuration across Workday Finance modules
Preferred: Experience working in an agile delivery environment
Preferred: Workday or Workday Pro certifications
Preferred: 2+ years of experience with Workday Security or Workday Reporting
Preferred: 1+ years of experience loading HCM data into Workday using existing Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs)
