About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain key HR metrics to monitor workforce trends, productivity, and compliance
- Use data analytics to support HR strategy and operational decision-making
- Translate data into clear, actionable insights for HR and business stakeholders
- Track and report on headcount, employment costs, and HR cost variances
- Conduct monthly variance analysis of actuals versus budget/forecast for FTE, personnel, and non-personnel costs
- Identify trends and discrepancies and share findings with relevant teams
- Drive the HR Forecast and Annual Planning process by coordinating with stakeholders and helping non-technical colleagues understand financial concepts
- Prepare and deliver regular and ad-hoc financial updates to HR and business leaders
- Collaborate with HR Leadership and Finance teams to ensure consistent and accurate reporting
- Assist with month-end processes, including HR-related accounting adjustments and accruals
- Provide HR-related data and documentation for external audits
- Conduct periodic internal audits and prepare reports for relevant stakeholders
- Support HR and cross-functional projects
- Assist with initiatives improving HR processes, data quality, and reporting efficiency
- Report to the Senior Manager Compensation & Benefits based in Baar, Switzerland
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Good understanding of HR functions within an international company
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in HR Controlling in an international environment, covering both personnel and non-personnel costs
- Proven experience in HR analytics, workforce planning, and project management
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Proven experience in understanding and applying financial concepts
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Experience handling HR data and reporting KPIs
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong hands-on and can-do attitude
- Good communication skills and ability to present ideas coherently
- Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels
- Fluency in English
