About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintain accurate repairs records
  • Liaise with contractors and customers
  • Issue works orders and inspection requests
  • Ensure repairs activity progresses in line with approved policies and procedures
  • Administer and coordinate medical adaptations
  • Maintain adaptation records and track progress
  • Liaise with customers, colleagues, contractors and relevant external partners
  • Support resolution of repairs, voids and property-related enquiries
  • Maintain property, contractor, repairs, voids and service records
  • Support performance monitoring, audit requirements, decision making and continuous improvement
  • Contribute to team working across Property Services, Asset Management, Investment, Compliance, Housing Services and Customer Services
  • Ensure information is well managed, actions are followed through and customer outcomes remain central to service delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • HNC in Administration, Business Administration or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Experience of delivering administrative support in a busy customer-focused environment
  • Experience of maintaining accurate records, updating systems and coordinating follow-up actions
  • Understanding of accurate records, data quality, confidentiality and information governance
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build effective relationships with colleagues, contractors and customers
  • Must meet the minimum essential requirements for the post to qualify for the guaranteed interview scheme
