About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support an Epic Provider Finder implementation with a focus on integration and interface coordination
- Track interface dependencies and ensure appropriate follow-up with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate technical issue resolution across application, integration, and implementation teams
- Assist with implementation readiness activities, testing coordination, and go-live planning
- Support provider-related interfaces and integration workflows
- Collaborate with project teams to identify risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks throughout the implementation lifecycle
Requirements
What you’ll need- Epic Bridges certification required
- Hands-on experience with InterSystems Ensemble and HL7 required
- Experience supporting provider interfaces
- SER configuration and implementation experience
- Experience coordinating integrations, managing interface dependencies, and supporting implementation readiness activities
- Epic MyChart certification preferred
- Cadence and/or Cheers experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment
- Must satisfy employment eligibility verification through E‑Verify
