About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with Customer Success Managers to understand goals for renewals, program reviews, quarterly business reviews and audits
Clarify the data needed for each customer initiative
Become an expert in Cardata’s reporting tools and prepare accurate reports
Use Excel to clean, compare and analyze program data
Investigate discrepancies and verify results
Prepare mileage band audits, running rate analyses and other program-performance reports
Help CSMs interpret findings and shape stories, recommendations and customer impact for presentations and conversations
Create ad hoc reports for customer needs
Document recurring reporting requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

1–3 years of experience in an operations, reporting or data-focused role
Strong working knowledge of Excel, including cleaning and comparing data, using pivot tables and writing formulas
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate work
Ability to use formulas, cross-checks and other methods to verify results
Strong active listening and collaboration skills
Ability to understand requests, ask clarifying questions and define analysis needs
Ability to manage competing deadlines, communicate progress and set clear expectations
Strong curiosity about customer data and ability to explain findings clearly
Learning agility and interest in developing deep knowledge of Cardata’s products, reporting tools and reimbursement programs
