About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Gather, analyze, document, and manage business, functional, and non-functional requirements across MDM, PIM, DAM, and related enterprise data platforms
Lead elicitation sessions and document user stories, process flows, wireframes, acceptance criteria, and business rules
Partner with technical teams to evaluate solution options, align requirements to project scope, and support delivery decisions
Coordinate functional, integration, and user acceptance testing, including test case review, execution support, and defect management
Communicate across technical and non-technical teams to drive alignment, prioritization, and stakeholder approval
Support multiple MDM applications and enable reliable enterprise data capabilities

Requirements

What you’ll need

4-8 years of experience, preferred
Bachelor's degree in related field preferred, or equivalent work experience, preferred
Experience supporting MDM applications, including Informatica IDMC, STEP PIM, and Bynder DAM
Knowledge of business, functional, and non-functional requirements
Ability to document user stories, process flows, wireframes, acceptance criteria, and business rules
Experience coordinating functional, integration, and user acceptance testing, including test case review, execution support, and defect management
Ability to communicate across technical and non-technical teams
