Key responsibilities & impact

Configure, maintain, and enhance SKAN AI deployments across supported GBFS functions
Design and manage process intelligence studies, process discovery initiatives, and data collection activities within the SKAN platform
Manage platform configurations, user access, governance controls, and system settings
Troubleshoot platform issues, perform system maintenance, and coordinate vendor support
Analyze SKAN-generated insights to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, rework, automation opportunities, and productivity improvements
Configure and maintain ProHance workforce analytics and productivity management solutions
Develop productivity analysis frameworks, workforce utilization reports, and operational dashboards
Monitor platform performance, data quality, and reporting accuracy
Analyze workforce productivity trends and operational performance metrics
Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports
Translate business requirements into visualizations and performance reporting solutions
Create KPI dashboards, automated reporting solutions, scorecards, process metrics, and operational monitoring frameworks
Conduct data, trend, root cause, productivity, utilization, operational metrics, and process performance analyses
Integrate data from multiple sources and identify patterns, risks, opportunities, and emerging trends
Support process discovery, maturity assessments, diagnostic studies, operational reviews, and improvement projects
Develop analytical models and reporting tools for data-driven improvement decisions
Develop and support workflow automation, system integrations, custom business applications, digital tools, and technology solutions
Evaluate and implement solutions for process optimization, productivity improvement, and operational excellence
Develop technical documentation, application support procedures, and governance standards
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
Present findings, trends, and recommendations to project teams and business leaders
Train and support platform users, stakeholders, and operational teams
Develop user guides, technical documentation, and governance materials
Promote data-driven decision-making and process intelligence adoption across GBFS

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
4-8 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Process Intelligence, Process Mining, Workforce Analytics, or a related technical field
Experience developing Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience translating data into actionable business insights
Experience working with large datasets, data transformation, and reporting tools
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and operational performance measurement
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred: Experience configuring and administering SKAN AI or similar Task Mining/Process Intelligence platforms
Preferred: Experience configuring and administering ProHance or Workforce Productivity Analytics platforms
Preferred: Experience with Power BI including DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and dashboard design
Preferred: Experience with SQL, relational databases, and data integration techniques
Preferred: Experience supporting Process Mining, Process Discovery, or Operational Analytics initiatives
Preferred: Experience within Shared Services, Global Business Services (GBS), Finance Operations, Healthcare Operations, or Supply Chain environments
Preferred: Experience with Lean Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence methodologies
Preferred: Experience building automated solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
Technical skills: Power BI, SQL, data modeling, ASP.NET, Microsoft Power Automate, application development, system integration, business intelligence, analytics, workflow automation, API integration, and data connectivity
