About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate across Sales, Operations, and Finance to develop pricing strategies and models for RFPs and customer contract renewals
  • Extract, manipulate, and prepare data and information from multiple sources
  • Leverage findings to develop and recommend pricing strategies
  • Create financial models applying pricing analytics and other financial components related to deals
  • Communicate with Senior Leadership about deal models to facilitate questions, discussions, and approval
  • Communicate pricing and rebate strategies and recommendations while driving consensus
  • Manage execution of price initiatives and ad-hoc analysis to support business opportunities
  • Own the pre-deal process, including customer-specific deal strategy and pricing, deal approval governance, deal economics modeling, and contract term validation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4-8 years of experience, preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in related field, preferred, or equivalent work experience, preferred
  • Ability to grasp economic concepts, especially P&L statements
  • Ability to grasp commercial processes, systems, and controls
  • Ideal candidate will be local to Columbus, Ohio with the ability to work a flexible hybrid schedule; remote candidates based in the United States are also considered
