About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Research and resolve count variances to ensure accurate inventory records and identify process improvement areas
Communicate daily with clients via email to address questions and concerns
Audit and verify inbound receipt documentation for accuracy and compliance
Process inventory moves and adjustments per client request
Work with operational and business departments to ensure efficiency and accuracy for daily and weekly tasks, including KPIs
Participate in and run client inventory audits
Support weekend operations on-call as needed
Train and become certified to drive material handling equipment as required

Requirements

What you’ll need

1-2 years of experience
Customer service experience, preferred
High school degree or GED preferred
Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift, and stand for entire shift
Willingness to train and be certified to drive material handling equipment as required by job duty
Flexibility to be on-call to support weekend operations
